If people like you, they’ll listen to you, but if they trust you, they will do business with you. Business is about building trust with customers, which may be table stakes, but many companies struggle with gaining enough trust to market their products and focus on the audience’s point of view.

Businesses need compelling marketing content that brings traffic, answers people’s questions, and turns them into loyal customers. For healthcare businesses, it can be through result-driven blog posts, articles, scientific documents, and other high-quality content that speak unambiguously to audiences.

Enter Aha Media Group.

Aha Media is a content strategy and marketing consultancy firm that specializes in creating content marketing strategies for the healthcare industry. Whether life sciences, pharma, hospitals, payers, or providers, Aha Media designs and curates customer-centric content that connects with the target audience.

“What makes our content distinctive is its simplicity. Healthcare information can be complicated and jargonish to laymen. Our skilled writers convert difficult-to-understand medical terminologies into simple language that is understood by all. This, along with an insightful storytelling capability and a laser-like focus on the healthcare industry, allows us to attend to every client and end-consumer need,” states Ahava Leibtag, president of Aha Media Group.

Aha Media’s team of writers has written for every kind of healthcare company, giving them a wealth of expertise and experience in healthcare writing. This proficiency is displayed when it onboards a new client. Its clients don’t have to explain difficult concepts of their business to the team. They receive superior content that precisely highlights their unique value proposition with minimal effort.

When it comes to content marketing, however, producing great content alone in today’s competitive environment is not enough. In this regard, the team offers discovery and content marketing recommendations for different marketing channels to pinpoint various online behavior and social networks and what content will likely generate more ROI. Complementing this is the search engine optimization (SEO) analysis to understand the audience’s general opinion about the company and whether they are answering customer questions.

Aha Media aims to rewrite the rules of web page content for a more engaging user experience. Five vital questions help it define and shape the content and its messaging.

1. Who is the audience, and what questions do they have about your product?

2. What is your brand identity, and how does your brand show up in the market?

3. What is the messaging around your products and service offerings?

4. How do you talk to your potential and existing customers?

5. When and where do you talk to customers, and what distribution channels are used to communicate with customers?

Our skilled writers convert difficult-tounderstand medical terminologies into simple language that is understood by all. This, along with an insightful storytelling capability and a laser-like focus on the healthcare industry, allows us to attend to every client and end-consumer need

Driven by this understanding, Aha Media helped a medical device company create a discovery and content marketing recommendation report and gain a long lead cycle. Based on its conversations with patients and stakeholders, it advised improving three things in the company; getting people accustomed to new devices earlier in the engagement process, being specific about the keywords used to generate leads, and effectively using social media channels. Implementing these helped them close significantly more sales.

Aha Media is on a mission to empower people to make the most important decision of their lives while helping clients navigate the complexities of healthcare marketing content. Its experienced team blends industry know-how, best practices, and an element of fun to make the healthcare marketing journey worthwhile for all.

Aha Media Group’s New Research Underscores the Business Case for Actionable, Easy-to-Read Messaging in B2B Healthcare

Friday, January 05, 2024

80% of Healthcare Professionals Surveyed Prefer the Use of Plain Language in Communications
SILVER SPRING -
Aha Media Group, a leading provider of healthcare content, shared its new original research to answer the question: Do B2B buyers need plain language to feel confident in making a purchasing decision? The overwhelming finding was that 80% of healthcare professionals surveyed prefer plain language communications.
The findings were uncovered in a study conducted by Aha Media Group in conjunction with Mantis Research.
“We ran two studies: one qualitative and one quantitative to examine if our hypothesis was correct,” said Ahava Leibtag, founder and president, Aha Media Group. “It was clear – plain language with actionable, easy-to-read messaging wins every time in healthcare.”
The real value of easy-to-understand content is that people are more likely to read it and act. Aha Media Group’s research shows that:
• 80% of decision-makers prefer marketing content written in plain language instead of technical jargon.
• 73% of decision-makers would schedule a demo after reading plain language marketing materials — versus 44% for non-plain language materials.
• 68% of decision-makers would download a white paper after reading a plain language teaser — versus 22% for a non-plain language teaser.
• 89% of purchasing teams share marketing and sales materials with a larger group to make decisions. These groups include a wide range of roles and a varied understanding of technical jargon.
“While healthcare professionals work in complex environments, you don’t need to complicate your message to communicate with them,” says Leibtag. “If your B2B healthcare marketing isn’t getting the results you want and need, it may be because overly elaborate, jargon-full content loses your customers, as our research demonstrates.”
